Damascus? Chocolate?

Those are the questions that instantly come to mind when you are told that one of world's greatest chocolatiers flourishes in Damascus, Syria. With summer temperatures easily hitting 45 degrees centigrade in the shade, it would seem a near impossibility to produce chocolate.
